Ingredients
A
1 kg medium US potatoes (about 5 potatoes)
Ingredients B
1 tbsp butter
1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Ingredients

100g ham, shredded
60g grated cheddar cheese
60g grated mozzarella cheese
Method
1. Brush and clean the skin of potatoes. Cook in water until soft. Dish and
drain.
2. Cut potatoes into half, scoop out the flesh (keep the skin) and place into
a mixing bowl. Add in ingredients B, mash with potatoes and mix well.
3. Add in ham and mix well. Stuff into potato skin and arrange onto a baking
tray. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Bake into a preheated oven at 180C-200c for 20 minutes or the surface turn
to golden brown. Remove and serve.
