Crispy Chicken Thai Style

Ingredients:
5 pcs chicken thighs
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornflour
2 big onion (slice)

Sauce A :
1 small bowl Plum Sauce
1 small bowl Apple Jam
1/2 small bowl lime juice
3/4 small bowl castor sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
a little of salt and sesame oil.

Sauce B:
Slice thinly :
10 pcs chilli padi
1 stalk bunga kantan
2 stalk lemon grass

Procedures:
1. Debone the chicken thigh, add flour, cornflour, egg and marinade with a little salt, pepper, sesame oil and water for 1/2 hr.

2. Mix Sauce A in a bowl, add in B and big onion and cook. Pour sauce over the chopped chicken.

3. Heat oil in wok, coat chicken with dry cornflour and deep fry until golden brown.
