Ingredients :

6 oz pulut flour
3 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon pandan juice
1 tablespoon gm sugar } mix together
1 tablespoon gula apong }
½ grated coconut }
1 tablespoon salf }

Method :

1. Knead pulut flour with the pandan extract to a stiff dough.

2. Shape dough into a ball make a hole and fill with sugar and seal it.

3. Drop onde-onde into boiling water. When it floats remove from boiling water and toss or coated with grated coconut.
