Bee Tai Mak Soup

Bee Tai Mak Soup

Ingredients:
1 piece of chicken thigh meat
1 piece of crab stick
2 small pieces of dried mushroom, washed
1 tablespoon of fried onions/shallots few stalks of spring onion, slice finely
1 pip of garlic finely chopped
light soy sauce, salt and pepper powder to taste
1 packet of BEE YAI MAK (rice noodle)
cooking oil

Procedures:
1. Fry garlic in oil till fragant, then add chicken with 1.5 litre of water.

2. When the meat is cooked, remove and shred the meat and set aside. Put back the bones for further boiling.

3. Add mushroom and crab stick and continue boiling slowly.

4. Bland bee tai mak in hot boiling water and strained well before adding to the soup together with shredded chicken, spring onion and fried onions.

5. Lastly, add the remaining seasoning to taste before serving.

Note: Good for breakfast
